Can I give you a little piece of advice, and you can take it or leave it? Take a before picture. Even if you don't share it, take a good, straight on and side before pic. I waited until I was 10 lbs down to do this, and I wish I had a good before pic. I just hit 50 lbs down this year, and I can only see 40 of the change, and that bums me out!
