This is the hardest for me....camping is always laden with snacks and "camping" food - not necessarily the heathiest for me.
So, my plan is to not deprive myself but to watch out for the biggest pit falls - no beer or carb containing beverages, limit my carbs as much as possible, drink my water every day and just enjoy my weekend.
I'm down 6 1/2 from my last appointment so i'm doing well. As long as i try my best i'll be happy :-)

You can do it Sarah. Really happy for all the hard work you've done so far. Those changes are the hardest for all of us who enjoy food. Give yourself a small treat now and then, makes the going easier in the long run.
