What an AMAZING year it has been!

1 year ago tonight i was preparing myself for my impending surgery. I was nervous & excited!

At one year out A LOT has happened to me.

I have lost 133 lbs and 51 1/2" from my body.

I have gained SO MANY things, too many to list honestly. The big one is my health of course. I have gained a new baby on the way - Olivia Grace will join our family in December. (see side picture and you can see a protruding little bump saying hello) I'm 100% sure i would have never gotten pregnant without the weight loss. It was a shock but it's a blessing for sure. I have more confidence in myself now. I have a WOW moment just about every single day. It's hard to believe how much easier life is when you aren't morbidly obese. Simple things like sitting comfortably in a restaurant booth. The little things like that, may seem like "no big deal" but once you've been obese you know they are a HUGE deal.

I DO NOT REGRET MY SURGERY FOR EVEN ONE SECOND! It has totally and completely changed my life for the better! I look forward to the next year that will bring our new baby to us. Hopefully continued weight loss. Maybe reaching my goal weight. AND SO MUCH MORE!!!!
