26 lbs and 8 3/4" LOST in 4 weeks

WOW !!!!! WOW !!!!! WOW !!!!!
This last week I've been kinda stuck at the same weight loss of 26 lbs since surgery (34 lbs overall). I fully expected a stall to happen as it seems pretty much everyone who has this type of surgery seems to have one around 4-6 weeks out from surgery, your body drops so much weight so quickly that it kinda puts itself on hold for a bit. I know that i will break the stall soon and continue to lose, so i just stick to my diet plan and i'll be fine :-)
Today though I did my measurements, i am going to try and take them at each month out as i go. And i couldn't believe that overall i've lost 8 3/4" !! WOW! In my waist alone i lost 2 1/2" and same with my hips 2 1/2". YEAH!

Overall i'm pleased with myself and now look forward to the coming months so much as i continue to lose both lbs and inches!

Eating is going okay. Obviously it's still a struggle to eat the right things, but so far so good. I am craving carbs, the one i want the most is white bread. But i avoid it like the plague because i know it will not only give me an upset stomach but it will also just make me actually crave the carbs, right now it's just my head playing games with me. If i give in and eat it though then I will really crave them, it's a vicious cycle.

I'm pretty consistently getting in 50-60 gms of protein each day. My goal is 90 but since i just cannot seem to tolerate the protein shakes it's a struggle to eat enough to equal that amount. I'm working on it though and plan to try mixing my shakes with soy milk to see if that makes a difference in tolerating them. I'm also doing pretty well getting in at least 60ish oz of water per day. I want to get more fluid in, but it's hard as i'm also trying to get protein in and my stomach is often feeling so full that i just struggle, but daily it's getting better so i see the light at the end of the tunnel on this one for sure.
